State of New Hampshire Joins with Same-Page.com

Sanibel, FL (May 12th, 2003) – Same-Page.com, the world's leading online collaboration tools provider, announced today that it has signed The State of New Hampshire’s Department of Health and Human Services. Same-Page.com enables co-workers and clients from across the hall or around the world to come together to share a secure virtual office space. Users can not only post documents for comment and collaboration, but they can also have real-time conferences and manage their budgets, contacts and schedule calendars at Internet speeds. Same-Page.com’s product, eStudio is being used by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human services to streamline workflow and increase efficiency within the Department's daily work. Richard Regan of New Hampshire’s DHHS is responsible for overseeing this unique relationship. “We are very pleased with Same-Page.com’s eStudio and TaskTracker products. The power and flexibility of these products have allowed us to significantly improve how we are accomplishing the tasks and goals within DHHS. Thus far, we have already seen a better than 200 to 1 return on our investment in the service.” Originally developed for use by people across many industries, government departments in multiple states are discovering the advantages. Regan, who is primarily focused on utilizing eStudio in New Hampshire’s disaster preparedness programs right now, has seen real world meetings attended by regularly by 113 people, swell to 189 attendees simply by taking the meetings virtual.

“Using e-studio for work and meetings has made the task of bringing together a broad and diverse team of government and public sector personnel, as simple as a few computer clicks. I have never had a system integrate so easily and with such dramatic results before” says Regan. “The beauty of this product is its simplicity. Same-Page.com truly understands the processes of collaboration and has designed a simple and elegant system that makes users want to use it!” Mr. Regan further states “It is very easy to see many other applications for e-Studio all across government and various agencies.

The latest version of e-Studio adds several new, powerful features to make collaboration and system use even easier. Workers now have features like virtual timecards, task-tracking features, enhanced e-mail alerts and all-new Supervisor Reports that allow project managers to have the data they need to manage effectively right at their fingertips. All this while still having the ease of use and cross-platform abilities that users have come to expect from E-Studio.

Says President Bruce Collen, “We knew when Mr. Regan approached us that his situation was just the type of situation Same-Page.com was designed for. We are very pleased with the way that Mr. Regan and his team have taken a very proactive approach to implementing our e-Studio system and seeing to it that every team member received training that quickly illustrated the benefits of using it.” “Too often, we see managers add tools for their team to use, and yet in the rush of the modern day office, never insure the team understands the benefits of those tools. The best system in the world is useless if it isn’t used.” “In the case of our system, we know that the demands of the modern day office have created the need for our product. We listen very closely to the users and what they tell us. Unlike many software or internet developers, we never assume we know what our customers want or need. We work hard to continuously ask them for feedback. Upgrades currently being considered include technologies like voice chat, e-fax and a few other really exciting features I can’t mention just yet” says the smiling Bruce Collen.
